We're getting everything re-bid in order to get an accurate price for the project.  We're on our way though.   We are waiting now for a final number for what the house is truly going to cost.   Hopefully we won't be too surprised.  We are now waiting for a meeting with the woman from NY DOT to approve our driveway.  Once we get approval, we can finally apply for the building permit and start this project.  We have to have the foundation done before the first frost.  Then enclosed with the framing and sheathing before it gets too cold so we can work through the winter.
