Oops!

Well - the lumber truck was scheduled to be on our property unloading on Monday, May 2. However, when he was driving down the hill to our property, he accidentally missed our driveway....THEN as he continued down the steep hill, he lost his brakes and finally came to a stop at the bottom of the hill in a parking lot! LUCKILY no one was hurt! The very next day, we tried this again, he made it up to our property, but the truck was overloaded and all the lumber spilled off the sides of the truck. Small heart attacks were had by all. As you will see in the pictures below, quite a bit of lumber was damaged. Luckily again, the lumber company realized the mistake and replaced everything at no cost to us.......PHEW!!! Some of the other pictures are of the drainage ditch along side our driveway and the piping to redirect the water into the pond.
