Happy New Year!  

This is going to be the year we build our dream home!!   We received the building permit on January 19th!!!!!!!!!  HAPPY DAYS are ahead!  But our excavator went on vacation for a month.  It's way too cold to do anything anyway.   I believe we're going to begin construction within 45 days!   Hopefully, that'll be the case.
