These pictures show the trench that was dug in order to run the electrical up to our house.  One thing we can say for sure, is when you are thinking of purchasing a piece of land - DO YOUR HOMEWORK.  Check with the town about the location, check with the Department of Transportation about access to the property from the road, call the utility company to ensure they will run power to your house and that the closes power source is less than 500 feet OR YOU WILL PAY!!  We did.
