The septic design guys are up on the property doing all their testing! We had the testing done before but the permits expired which means either they accept and reinstate the old tests or they have to do them over again! Luckily for us, they accepted the test and are proceeding with the septic design. Once that is approved, we can apply for the building permits and have the foundation poured. This will take another 20-30 days. We hope to break ground by mid June :-)
