We have our first wall!!!   Yahooo!  The foundation still looks small, but Tony and Larry each said on separate occasions "your house is going to appear very small, then very large, then very small.  You'll go through mixed stages throughout the project, but in the end, it'll be just what you expected." 

The plumber came today to lay the pipes for the basement apartment and the mechanical room.
